Ongoing prescribing, monitoring, and medication adjustments based on clinical response.
Structured ADHD evaluation, including IVA-2 testing when appropriate, with medication-based treatment.

About Green Path Psychiatric Nursing Practitioner Services
Green Path Psychiatric Nursing Practitioner Services is a nurse practitioner-led psychiatric practice providing psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for adolescents and adults.
Care is delivered through secure telehealth to patients located in California and is grounded in evidence-based psychiatric assessment and medication treatment.
The practice is led by Elham Hamzeh, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. All services are provided directly by the nurse practitioner and focus exclusively on medical psychiatric care.
Psychotherapy, counseling, and talk therapy services are not provided.
